This is the finished piece from my first 8x10 negative and it’s unreal how superior the image quality is compared to other formats I’ve shot before. Costs aside, I’m seriously thinking about making a one-way leap to 8x10 for my future portrait work.

Angela Walker is a fellow student at SPAO and a Collodion wet-plate artist.
